About Orchard Caravans

Welcome to Orchard Caravans, a family-run business that has been a proud part of the North Norfolk community for over 50 years. Our journey began back in 1968 as a small, welcoming caravan park on Burnt Street in Wells-next-the-Sea. Over the decades, we have grown alongside our wonderful customers into a thriving premier operation, while always keeping our core family values close to heart.

We are deeply passionate about what we do. Our multi-talented team is highly respected across the industry for our exceptional skills, experience, and unwavering high standards in everything related to static caravans.

Our Headquarters & Caravan Sales

Today, you can find our main headquarters and showground at Great Eastern Way (Wells-next-the-Sea, NR23 1LT). Our beautiful, privately owned site features a spacious office complex, dedicated workshops, and a beautifully landscaped showground.

This is where we showcase our extensive selection of new and used static caravans for sale. Whether you are looking to take your very first step into holiday home ownership or are upgrading a beloved static caravan, our family is here to guide yours every step of the way.

Our Holiday Parks

In addition to sales, we proudly operate two premier, peaceful holiday parks situated in the heart of the protected North Norfolk Coast—a renowned Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Both parks offer an exceptionally high standard of comfort, a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and easy access to local shops, welcoming pubs, and restaurants.

Ochard Holiday Park

Location: Burnt Street, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1HN
Season: Open for 11 months of the year (1st March to 31st January)
Orchard Holiday Park is a small, unique, and beautifully landscaped retreat set on the edge of town. We are just a ten-minute walk from the town centre and historic quayside, where you can enjoy Wells’ famous unspoiled harbour, extensive sandy beaches, pine woodlands, and salt marshes. The stunning coastline stretches all the way to Holkham Bay and beyond.

What’s New: We are constantly investing in the park’s future. We have recently completed a brand-new area named ‘Blossom’ on the left-hand side of the park. This exclusive development features three new super-plots specifically designed for today’s luxurious, 14ft-wide lodges, offering our customers a whole new level of space and luxury.

Friary Farm Holiday Park

- Location: Cley Road, Blakeney, Norfolk, NR25 7NW
- Season: Caravan Park Open March to 30th November.
- Farmhouse & Cottages are available to book throughout the year

Friary Farm is a larger, magnificent park set within extensive landscaped grounds on the edge of Blakeney. The park directly overlooks the beautiful Friary Hills and rolling salt marshes. Nestled within the complex is our beautifully restored Grade II listed farmhouse and two accompanying holiday cottages, which are available for hire all year round.

The charming, historic fishing village of Blakeney is famous for its iconic flint cottages and breathtaking coastal views. It is a true paradise for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts, sitting right next to the Blakeney National Nature Reserve—home to England’s largest grey seal colony.
